Our advice and opinions from natural health experts

The typical appearance of oily skin is simply explained by an excess of sebum , called hyperseborrhea by dermatologists.

Some people produce more sebum than others. The latter flows through the pores of the skin and covers the areas rich in sebaceous glands with a protective fatty film, but very unsightly. The T zone of the face is generally concerned first: forehead, nose, chin.

To have beautiful skin , the make-up removal step is essential. In the morning and in the evening, you are sure to cleanse your skin, whatever happens, by choosing non-aggressive products. We also use a scrub once a week.

In the morning, apply a mattifying cream with sebo-regulating ingredients if the shine disturbs us.
