Origin: India

The lemongrass also called verbena of the indies, is a very widespread species in tropical Asia, it is found in India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. It is in the form of a large perennial grass of about 1.50 meters. It grows in “tufts provided” with many stiff, cutting, linear leaves, from 30 centimeters to 1 meter long. Due to its leaves, lemongrass essential oil has a fresh, lemony smell.

Dermal

To be diluted in vegetable oil

Internal route

Place 1 drop on a neutral tablet and allow it to melt in the mouth after the meal to facilitate digestion.

Diffusion

Place a few drops in an atmospheric diffuser to sanitize the room.

Take a maximum of 2 drops of lemongrass essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.21 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar) .
Equivalence: 1ml -> 28 drops.
