You should keep this solution in your mouth for about a minute before spitting it out. It is recommended to use it three times a day, after meals and before bedtime, or as advised by your dental specialist.
  • If you are an adult or a child over 12, you can use this solution as described above. However, for children 6-12 years old, use should be under adult supervision. It should be noted that the duration of use should not exceed 7 days.

Our advice and advice from pharmacy experts

Gum problems are a common ailment that can affect any of us. Whether it's bleeding, irritation, tenderness or retraction, these ailments are not only painful, but can also affect our overall well-being. These symptoms often start at the gumline, near the teeth, and can manifest as red, swollen, sore or bleeding gums while brushing.

Although these gum problems are common, they are not inevitable. There are simple and effective ways to prevent and relieve these ailments. The best way to maintain healthy gums and teeth is to take care of them daily:

  • Brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush at least twice a day, and ideally after each meal. This helps loosen food debris and plaque that can build up and cause gum problems.
  • Avoid overly aggressive brushing . Brushing too hard or with a toothbrush that is too hard can damage your gums and cause irritation.
  • Floss once a day. Flossing helps clean the spaces between teeth that a toothbrush can't reach, and helps maintain healthy gums.
  • Consult a dental surgeon regularly . Regular check-ups can detect gum problems at an early stage and treat them before they become more serious.

In addition to these gestures, the use of a specific oral care product, such as Dentex Solution For Colgate Mouthwash , can also help relieve and prevent gum problems. With its antiseptic action and gentle formula, it perfectly complements your oral care routine for healthy gums and teeth.

Keeping your gums healthy has never been easier. Adopt these simple and effective gestures on a daily basis and give your gums the care they deserve.
