Mouthwash complements brushing but cannot replace its mechanical action. We recommend brushing your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, with a soft-bristled toothbrush and an appropriate fluoride toothpaste. Also clean between your teeth with floss or interdental brushes. Then use the mouthwash as directed, without swallowing it. Persistent bad breath may be caused by dental plaque, gum inflammation, dry mouth, or another condition. In such cases, a checkup with your dentist is recommended.
Do I need to dilute Botot Flavored Mouthwash before using it?
