Usage advice and dosage

Before the first use
Clean the cup with a mild soap and scald 5 minutes in a large quantity of water (a saucepan will do the trick), not to burn it on the bottom.

Insertion
On the first use, you can either wet the cup (during a shower for example), or use a water-based lubricant (the same as for sexual intercourse).
Very quickly you will be able to put your cut without lubricant or water.

Withdrawal
