Place the nozzle at the entrance to the ear while keeping your head upright. Spray 1 to 3 times for one second each and let it sit for 10 seconds. Tilt your head to the side and gently wipe the inner ear with a clean tissue or towel. Rinse the nozzle under warm water after each use.
