Precautions
A balanced and varied diet usually provides sufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals. Prolonged use of vitamins is not recommended without medical advice.
While taking this medication, dark yellow urine is normal: this is due to vitamin B2.

Contraindicationsfor Berocca Energie
This medication should not be used in the following cases:
Warning: Vitamin C is broken down in the body into oxalic acid, which may promote the formation of urinary tract stones. Do not take high doses of vitamin C for an extended period without consulting a doctor.
The amount of vitamin B12 in this medication is insufficient to treat anemia caused by a deficiency of this vitamin.
The effervescent tablets contain a significant amount of salt (sodium).
Interactions ofBerocca Energie with Other Substances
Allow at least a 2-hour interval between taking this medication and taking cyclines, bisphosphonates, or iron-containing medications.
Also, inform your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking a medication containing digoxin or a diuretic (such as hydrochlorothiazide).
There are also food interactions: foods known to be high in oxalic acid (spinach, rhubarb, sorrel, cocoa, tea) or phytic acid (chocolate, whole grains, legumes) can reduce calcium absorption. It is therefore recommended to take this medication away from meals containing these foods.
Fertility, Pregnancy, and Breastfeeding
This medication contains only substances considered safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, do not use it for an extended period without consulting your pharmacist or doctor.
