Description FIPRODOG 67mg Little Dog Biocanina 3 Pipettes

FIPRODOG 67mg Little Dog Biocanina 3 pipettes is recommended for the treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) And tick (Dermacentor reticulatus). Insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult fleas lasts up to 8 weeks. The acaricide effectiveness lasts up to 3 weeks against ticks (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus). If ticks of some species (Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Ixodes ricinus) are present when applying the product, they can not all be killed within the first 48 hours, but will be during the first week.

Directions for use of FIPRODOG 67mg Little Dog Biocanina 3 Pipettes

Route of administration and dosage. For external use only. Apply the product directly on the skin depending on the weight of the animal, as follows:
1 pipette of 0.67 ml for a dog weighing between 2 kg and 10 kg.
Take care to apply the product to an area that the animal can not lick and ensure that animals do not lick each other following treatment.
Do not apply an excessive amount of product on a single point to prevent hair from becoming sticky. However, if this happens, the stickiness will disappear within 24 hours after application.

Composition of FIPRODOG 67mg Little Dog Biocanina 3 Pipettes

A 0.67 ml pipette contains:
Fipronil 67 mg
excipients:
Butylhydroxyanisole (E320): 0,134 mg
Butylhydroxytoluene (E321): 0,067 mg

Precaution of use

Do not use in puppies less than 2 months and / or weighing less than 2 kg in the absence of available information. Do not use on sick (systemic diseases, fever ...) or convalescent. Do not use in rabbits because of the sometimes lethal side effects may occur. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. This product is specifically developed for dogs. Do not use in cats, to avoid overdose.

If the animal licks, a brief period of hypersalivation may be observed due mainly to the nature of the solvent. Among the suspected adverse reactions, transient skin reactions at the application site (skin discoloration, local alopecia, pruritus, erythema) and cases of general pruritus or alopecia have been reported after use. These effects are extremely rare. Cases of hypersalivation, reversible neurological signs (hyperaesthesia, depression, nervous symptoms) or vomiting have been exceptionally observed after use.
The animals should be weighed with information before treatment. Avoid contact with the eyes of the animal. Accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of eyes with water. Please apply the product to an area that the animal can not lick and will ensure that animals do not lick each other following treatment. Do not apply the product on wounds or damaged skin.
