Soffix Med dressings are postoperative dressings consisting of a low-adhesion absorbent central pad and a hypoallergenic, breathable nonwoven adhesive backing. They areparticularly suitable for postoperative care or protecting skin lesions(scrapes, cuts, etc.), including on sensitive skin.

Thecentral absorbent padprotects the wound and absorbs exudate. Itcontains a broad-spectrum antiseptic(0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate) that protects the pad’s microenvironment without coming into contact with the wound. The part of the pad in contact with the wound consists of a non-stick film that ensures minimal adhesion to the wound.

The backing offersgood stretchability and excellent adhesion, allowing the dressing to be applied to joints and moving parts of the body whilemaintaining asecure hold over time. When removed, theSoffix Med 20x10cm dressing leaves no residue on the skin.

The absorbent central pad plays a crucial role in absorbing exudate while protecting the wound.
