How should this bud macerate be used?

Take 5 to 15 drops per day, between meals, either undiluted or diluted in spring water—or better yet, diluted in a tablespoon of Dépurasève—all mixed into a ¾-liter bottle of water to be sipped throughout the day. Start with a low dose and gradually increase it until you achieve the desired effect.

• As a treatment course, take it daily for 3 weeks, followed by a one-week break, for a maximum of 3 months.
