When should you take CreaOne to enhance physical performance?

Aragan CreaOne Cellular Energy Metabolism is a dietary supplement from Aragan’s Synactifs line, available in lemon-flavored, sugar-free powder sticks designed to be mixed with water. Each 8.7-gram stick provides 3,000 mg of creatine in the form of 100% monohydrate (Creativis®), a mineral matrix of magnesium (300 mg), potassium (300 mg), and calcium (120 mg), 100 mg of L-tyrosine, and 15 mg of reduced L-glutathione. It is intended for adults who engage in regular physical activity.

With 3 g of creatine per day, it is designed for athletes: creatine enhances physical performance during short, intense, repeated exercises, such as weight training, sprinting, or team sports.

Magnesium, calcium, and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal energy metabolism. It’s easy to take: one stick per day, dissolved in a glass of water.

On training days, your diet is just as important as the supplement. We recommend combining it with Les Bio Frères OMG 3 plant-based omega-3s, which contain neither creatine nor minerals and do not overlap with CreaOne’s intake.

Our Expert Advice on Aragan CreaOne

Creatine works by building up in the muscles: it should be taken daily, whether you’re working out or not, and its benefits become apparent after several weeks of regular use. The time of day doesn’t matter much; consistency and proper hydration are key.

Creatine is effective for short, intense, repeated bursts of effort, not for long-duration endurance. A slight weight gain at the start of the regimen is common: this is water retained in the muscles. If you experience cramps or unusual fatigue during exercise, consult a doctor.
