What is Tari Dog Anti-Milk for Female Dogs & Cats (30 tablets) used for?

When your dog or cat produces milk for no apparent reason or following a failed pregnancy, regulating milk production becomes a priority for her well-being. Tari Dog Anti-Milk is a non-hormonal solution that effectively stops milk production in female dogs and cats, thanks to the action of aminophylline.

This compound, which belongs to the methylxanthine family, is known for its diuretic effects and its ability to inhibit lactation. Unlike other more invasive or hormonal treatments, Tari Dog Anti-Laiteux acts gently on the body and allows for a gradual and controlled drying off, thus avoiding the hormonal shocks often seen with traditional treatments.

Pet owners know how difficult it can be to manage excessive milk production. Tari Dog Anti-Laiteux offers a simple and effective solution, facilitating the transition back to natural hormonal balance. Its diuretic action helps eliminate excess fluids responsible for milk production, while minimizing the risk of complications such as mastitis, breast pain, or engorgement.

Administering it orally in the form of film-coated tablets is easy and convenient. It allows pet owners to avoid complex procedures or injections that can be stressful for the animal. In just 5 days of treatment, you’ll notice a significant reduction in milk production, allowing your dog or cat to regain optimal comfort.

Furthermore, Tari Dog Anti-Laiteux is suitable for all breeds and sizes. Whether your four-legged companion is a small cat or a large-breed dog, the tailored dosage ensures personalized treatment based on their weight. A properly dosed and closely monitored treatment regimen is essential to ensure maximum effectiveness while minimizing the risk of side effects.

Finally, this product stands out for its fast-acting and safe mechanism of action, avoiding the drawbacks of hormonal alternatives that can lead to long-term imbalances.

As a complement, we recommend Biocanina Antilaiteux for Dogs and Cats, a symptomatic treatment for the cessation of milk production that helps regulate milk production and relieve associated symptoms. Using these two solutions together optimizes results and provides more comprehensive care for your pet.

How should these lactation tablets be used?

The dosage of Tari Dog Anti-Milk varies depending on your pet’s weight:

  • Small cats and dogs (< 10 kg): 1 tablet per dose
  • Medium-sized female dogs (up to 30 kg): 2 tablets per dose
  • Large female dogs (> 30 kg): 3 tablets per dose

The treatment consists of 2 doses per day, 12 hours apart, for 5 consecutive days. If necessary, treatment may be extended for an additional 5 days under veterinary supervision.

This medication is administered orally, with or without food. It is crucial to strictly follow the dosage instructions to ensure effective and safe drying up of milk production.

Precautions for Use

To maximize the treatment’s effectiveness, it is recommended to follow an appropriate diet:

  • Day 1: Complete diet
  • Days 2 and 3: Liquid diet (water only)
  • Days 4–14: Food intake reduced by half, supplemented with green vegetables

In addition, it is essentialto avoid any stimulation of the mammary glands. Do not pet this area, and do not let the animal sleep with objects it might mistake for puppies. If milk production persists after 10 days or recurs, a veterinary consultation is necessary.

Hypersensitivity to any of the drug’s ingredients is a contraindication to its administration. Be sure to read the package insert carefully and follow your veterinarian’s recommendations.
