How do you use this dry eye treatment?

Apply a strip of ointment about 1 cm long to each eye before bedtime, following these steps:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
2. Check that the tamper-evident ring is intact before opening.
3. Remove the safety seal and unscrew the cap.
4. If you wear contact lenses, remove them.
5. Tilt your head back slightly and look up.
6. Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a space between your eye and the eyelid.
7. Hold the tube upright, avoiding any contact with the eye.
8. Apply light pressure to dispense a strip of ointment about 1 cm long.
9. Blink several times to spread the ointment.
10. If necessary, apply a second dose.
11. Wipe away any excess with a clean tissue.
12. Repeat the process for the other eye if necessary.
13. Screw the cap back on without touching the tip.
