To enjoy the benefits of Rescue Pastilles, all you need to do is suck on 1 or 2 pastilles as and when required. Each lozenge is equivalent to 4 drops of Rescue or 2 squeezes of spray, making it ideal for daily use.
To open the box, press down on the middle of the lid with both thumbs. This pressure releases the sides of the box, allowing you to remove the lid easily. To reseal, simply replace the lid and press down on the sides until the can is securely sealed.
