What is Mavala Colorfix Varnish Fixing solution used for?

Colorfix is a colorless top coat , Nail Polish Fixer reinforced with acrylic, which forms a shiny, tenacious, hard but flexible film. It fixes the varnish, protects it from flaking and prolongs its hold.

Essential for your nail polish to stay shiny and clean longer, the top coat is a protective varnish whose objective is to optimize the hold. But how do you choose the best top coat, and prevent your varnish from flaking for days?

The top coat is a transparent varnish whose objective is to protect the main varnish. This protection against impact and aging of the varnish prevents the main layer from flaking off quickly, and acts as additional protection on the nails. Thanks to the top coat , your colored varnish holds longer, and remains shiny for several days. In addition to protecting your polish, the top coat can also help speed up its drying.

The top coat is applied exclusively to a perfectly dry varnish. Otherwise, irregularities and bubbles may appear. Once the varnish is dry, the top coat is applied like any nail polish, by dipping the brush into the bottle, and shaving it off at the neck. To guarantee a lasting result, a single layer of top coat is sufficient.

How to properly use Mavala Colorfix Fixative Varnish solution?

When the last coat of varnish is completely dry, apply COLORFIX over the entire surface of the nail, while projecting slightly under the free edge of the nail, if possible (this delays, on the fingertips, "abrasion "manicure due to friction). Leave to dry well. A second coat of COLORFIX, 24 or 48 hours after the manicure, will revive the shine of the nail polish and will further prolong its hold.
