The recommended dose is 1.5 g to 2 g per day, i.e. 3 to 4 tablets taken twice, morning and evening.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment varies according to the clinical course (from 10 days to 5 or 6 weeks); at the start of treatment or in the event of failure, the dosage may be increased to 3 g or even 4 g per day, i.e. 6 to 8 tablets per day.
