3C Pharma LymphaVeine Circulation 60 tablets is a complete physiological solution for venous and lymphatic circulation. It also acts on vasoprotection and has a hepatic action.
LymphaVeine ® is indicated in cases of circulatory insufficiency such as the sensation of heavy legs, legs posts, tingling, swollen ankles etc.
Take 2 tablets per day, preferably at noon before the meal, accompanied by a glass of water.

Certain clothes prevent venous return. We therefore opt for flexible, loose and wide clothes that do not compress the body.
The cold has a vasoconstrictor effect which increases blood pressure by constricting the vessels. This has the effect of stimulating circulation and preventing blood stagnation in the legs.
Consider elevating your feet with a cushion, whether reading a book, watching TV, or sleeping. Before going to bed, spray your legs with cold water and then return to your bed. Lie down and stretch your legs against a wall for two or three minutes to facilitate venous return.
Coconut and avocado oil have a strong penetrating power. Used in massage, they relax the feet and relieve feelings of discomfort. Make circular movements going up from the feet to the thighs, insisting on the calves. In your massage oil, you can add 2 or 3 drops of peppermint essential oil to provide a fresh effect and a feeling of lightness to your legs.
We adopt: the fresh foot bath with essential oils. Cypress essential oil has amazing circulatory properties. In a basin of cool water, pour 10 drops of essential oil of cypress and 5 drops of essential oil of lemon. Immerse your feet in the water and bask for 15 minutes.
Compression stockings
