Our advice and advice from natural health experts

It appears that 70% of French people do not consume enough magnesium, a lack that the human body cannot cover on its own since it is unable to produce it! This does not prevent him from consuming it every day in a more or less important way depending on our age or our physical activity. So how to recognize a magnesium deficiency and how to remedy it?

The symptoms often observed, we all know them at different times of the year: nervous and physical fatigue, sleep disorders, irritability, twitching of the eyelids, cramps, feeling of oppression, tingling, anxiety, anxiety, loss of memory, pain at the level of the back with cervical pain and lumbago, palpitations, constipation...

Magnesium is the fourth most common mineral in the body and is involved in many actions in the body, from nervous system function to energy production and bone health . Because the body is unable to manufacture it, the magnesium intake must therefore be through food or the intake of food supplements.
