Clinical studies have demonstrated its effectiveness in improving comfort for patients with osteoarthritis, increasing their mobility, and reducing joint stiffness. Furthermore, unlike many conventional anti-inflammatory treatments, harpagophytum generally does not cause unwanted side effects, particularly stomach-related ones, making it an attractive alternative for many people. It is also recommended for athletes experiencing exercise-related joint pain, such as tendinitis. Finally, harpagophytum is known for its ability to help eliminate uric acid, making it a useful option during a gout flare-up.

Rosehip, also known as the rosehip berry, is a small red fruit renowned for its high vitamin C content. Although it is often used to strengthen the immune system, rosehip is increasingly recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties, particularly in cases of joint pain.
