How to use this pain-relieving cushion?

Hot:
1/Microwave heating:

• Place the thermal pouch flat in the center of the microwave oven. Make sure the edges do not touch the sides of the oven.
• Set the oven to 600W and reheat for 30 seconds.
• Repeat up to 3 times to achieve the desired temperature. Between each operation, remove the pouch from the oven and knead it with your hands to distribute the temperature evenly.
• If the pouch is too hot, allow it to cool.
• Once the desired temperature has been reached, insert the pouch into its cover.
• Apply to painful area for 20-30 minutes.

2/Warming with hot water:

• Heat water in a container.
• Remove container from heat source.
• Immerse heat pack in hot water for 2 minutes.
• Remove bag from water and towel dry.
• Insert pouch into cover.
• Knead with hands to distribute heat.
• Apply to painful area for 20-30 minutes.

Cold:

• Place the pouch without its cover in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or for 20 minutes in the freezer.
• Insert the pouch in its cover and apply to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes.
