What is Vismed Multi eye lubricant used for?

This lubricant is a solution for dry eyes. Thanks to its new dispensing system, it’s very economical, very easy to use, and has a longer shelf life (up to 3 months after opening).

How to Use Vismed Multi Eye Lubricant?

1. Remove the tamper-evident ring before first use.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. Tilt your head back and position the tip of the bottle above the eye to be treated.
4. Pull down the lower eyelid with the index finger of one hand.
5. Squeeze the body of the bottle, and a drop of Vismed Multi will flow out easily.
6. Unless otherwise recommended, instill 1 to 2 drops of Vismed Multi into the eye as often as necessary.
7. Blinking a few times will ensure that the solution spreads evenly over the surface of the eye, forming a clear, long-lasting film.

Precautions for Use

• Do not touch the tip of the open bottle, and do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the bottle.
• Replace the protective cap on VISMED® MULTI after use.
• Do not use Vismed Multi if the bottle is damaged.
• Vismed Multi can be used for up to 6 months after first use.
• Any solution not used within 6 months after opening must be discarded. Otherwise, sterility is no longer guaranteed, and this may pose a risk of infection.
• Store below 30 °C.
• Do not freeze.
• Do not use VISMED® MULTI after the expiration date printed on the bottle and the box.
• If symptoms persist while using VISMED® MULTI, consult a doctor.

Composition

1 mL of solution contains 1.8 mg of sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, and purified water. The solution is hypotonic.
