Scholl ActivGel Everyday Heels Insoles are designed for everyday high-heeled shoes. These insoles are made of gel to provide built-in arch support. They also provide cushioning under the soles of the feet for a comfortable feel. They help reduce pressure to prevent that tired-foot feeling at the end of the day. 

Directions for Use

• Remove the plastic film and locate the markings indicating the left (L) or right (R) insole.
• Place the insole in the corresponding shoe, with the adhesive side facing down.
• Position the insole so that the raised area is in direct contact with the arch of your foot.
• Readjust if necessary so that the support conforms to the shape of your arch.
• Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
• To remove the insole, slowly and gently peel it out of the shoe.
