Take 1 to 2 ampoules per day, as needed, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml), preferably with meals.
Shake the ampoule well before opening: a slight natural sediment may form without affecting the quality of the product. Tap the ends of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken them, break the first end off into a paper towel, then turn the ampoule upside down over the glass. Break the second end and let the liquid drain out.
