Take 1 to 2 phials a day, as required, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml), preferably with meals.
Shake the ampoule well before opening: a slight natural deposit may form, without altering the quality of the product. Tap the ends of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken them, break the first end off the glass with a paper towel, then turn the ampoule upside down over the glass.
