BENETRANSIT Ortis in tablets on sale in our organic pharmacy. It is a natural laxative food supplement based on ingredients of natural origin which has a gentle action on transit, an anti-bloating action and it helps to find a flat stomach .

Effective and natural, Benetransit ORTIS stimulates and helps regulate intestinal transit thanks to senna and canéficier while reducing bloating thanks to fennel and artichoke.

Description of BENETRANSIT tablets Ortis

A good transit is synonymous with well-being and lightness thanks to the effective and regular elimination of waste and toxins through the stool.

  • Senna accelerates transit.
  • Artichoke facilitates transit by stimulating bile secretions
  • Fennel is traditionally used against bloating, for more digestive well-being

Advice for using BENETRANSIT

Adults: 1 to 2 BENETRANSIT tablet(s), in the evening before going to bed, accompanied by a large glass of water.

Always start with a single tablet and only increase if necessary.

Cure of 10 days or in occasional intake.

It is often advisable to take breaks or alternate with other products of different composition.

A slow or sluggish bowel movement is characterized by a decrease in the frequency of bowel movements and difficulty in passing them regularly. Except in rare cases where digestive disorders are linked to an underlying disease, digestive transit can be stimulated by adopting good daily habits.

If the evacuation of the stools takes place between 3 times a day and 3 times a week, the transit is considered normal. Below this frequency, it is probably a question of constipation. To remedy this, there are lifestyle and dietary rules.

Consume fiber more regularly

Among all foods with fibers, give preference to those with a majority of insoluble fibers such as whole grain products, fruits and vegetables with edible skin (fig, tomato, zucchini, pepper, radish, etc.), salad, celery, cabbage -flower, legumes, dried fruits…

In order not to rush the intestine and avoid bloating , it is better however, if you were a modest fiber lover until then, to increase them very gradually.

Take supplements containing probiotics

An imbalance of bacteria that naturally live in your intestines can cause digestive problems. Prebiotics and probiotics can help boost your immune system and support your overall digestive health . Probiotic foods contain live bacteria. Prebiotic foods feed the good bacteria that already live in your gut.
