Directions for use of Arko Essential Essential Oil Cinnamon Ceylon Arkopharma 5ml

Diffusion: 10 to 15 minutes per hour, 3 to 4 times a day, obligatorily in mixture with other essences (citrus) or essential oils, and minority in this mixture.
Massage: Mandatory minority in a mixture of essential oils, at the rate of 10 drops of this mixture diluted in 1 to 2 tablespoons of a fatty vegetable oil.
Do not use in pregnant or lactating women, children under 7 years of age, in people with epilepsy, allergic asthma or with a history of convulsion.
