How should this zinc and silicon complex be used?

• Oligomax Zinc-Silicon may be recommended for joint comfort and in cases of acid-base imbalance. Suitable for seniors.
• 5 ml per day in ½ glass of water (75 ml).
• Sublingual administration is the standard method of use.
• Holding the liquid or tablet under the tongue for about two to three minutes allows for direct absorption of the catalytic ions into the bloodstream. Contact with acidic digestive juices may cause some degradation of the trace elements.
