    LYSO 6 FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE 30 SUBLINGUAL TABLETS

    • Sore throat is a frequent symptom, most often due to a viral infection and more rarely bacterial. Other causes can explain the irritation which is a source of pain: allergy, pollution, smoking, acidic rise in gastric fluid, etc.
    • Canker sores are small, superficial ulcers that most often form on the mucous membranes inside the mouth: on the inner side of the cheeks, tongue, inner side of the lips, palate or gums.

    Description of Lyso 6 Canker sores and mouth sores

    Lyso 6 Canker sore and mouth sore is recommended in case of mild sore throat and without fever , canker sores and small mouth sores in adults and children over 6 years.

    Using advice from Lyso 6 Canker sores and mouth sores

    The indication does not justify prolonged treatment beyond 5 days, especially since it could expose an imbalance of the normal microbial flora of the oral cavity with a risk of bacterial or fungal spread.

    This medicine contains lactose. Its use is not recommended in patients with galactose intolerance, lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases).

    Composition of Lyso 6 Canker sores and Mouthaches 30 Sublingual Tablets

    The active substances in Lyso 6 from the Pierre Fabre laboratory are : Pyridoxine hydrochloride (10.00 mg), Lysozyme hydrochloride (20.00 mg) for a sublingual tablet. The other ingredients are: Excipients: ethyl vanillin, hypromellose, saccharin sodium, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

    Therapeutic indications

    This medication is recommended for patients with mild sore throat and fever, mouth ulcers and small mouth sores in adults and children over 6 years of age.

    Cons-indications

    Never take LYSO 6, sublingual tablet:

    · In children under 6 years.

    · If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to pyridoxine hydrochloride, lysozyme hydrochloride or any of the ingredients of LYSO 6, sublingual tablet.

    · If you are allergic to eggs (because lysozyme hydrochloride is extracted from hen's egg white).

    Precautions for use; special warnings

    Take special care with LYSO 6, sublingual tablet:

    Special warnings

    High doses of pyridoxine (or vitamin B6) over a long period of time (several months or even years) can cause tingling and disturbances of balance, shaking hands and feet, and difficulties in coordinating movement . These effects are generally reversible upon discontinuation of therapy.

    Prolonged use (more than 5 days) of this medication is undesirable as it is likely to alter the natural microbial balance of the mouth, throat.

    Precautions for use

    Sore throat:

    In the event of:

    · of fever,

    · sputum (sputum) purulent,

    · discomfort with food swallowing,

    As in case of aggravation or lack of improvement after 5 days, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

    Aphthous, small wound of the mouth:

    In case:

    · of extensive lesions,

    · extension of lesions,

    · onset of fever,

    CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

    Use of other medicines

    Do not use several medicines containing an antiseptic at the same time.

    This medicine contains lysozyme hydrochloride and pyridoxine hydrochloride.

    Other medicines contain it. Do not combine them in order not to exceed the maximum recommended doses ( see dosage and method of administration ).

    If you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

    Dosage

    RESERVED FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS.

    6 to 8 tablets, to be distributed regularly during the day.

    Administration mode

    Oral use.

    The tablets should be allowed to melt slowly under the tongue.

    Frequency of Administration

    The catch must be spaced at least 1 hour.

    Duration of treatment

    The duration of treatment is limited to 5 days. If there is no improvement after 5 days of treatment, take a medical opinion.

    Symptoms and Instructions for Overdose

    If you take more than LYSO 6, sublingual tablet you should:

    · severe allergic reaction (allergic shock), sudden swelling of the face and neck (angioedema).

    INDICATIONS (summary)
    This drug for local antiseptic use contains an enzyme and vitamin B6.
    It is used in cases of mild sore throats, aphthae and small wounds of the mouth.
    CONTRAINDICATIONS (summary)
    This medication should not be used in children younger than 6 years of age.
    WARNING (Contents)
    In case of fever, swallowing gene or persisting symptoms after 5 days, consult your doctor. It can tell the difference between a pharyngitis and an angina. In case of bacterial angina, antibiotic treatment is necessary to avoid further complications, cardiac or renal.
    Prolonged use of local antiseptic treatments ( gargle , mouthwash , lozenge) is undesirable; it can alter the natural microbial balance of the throat.
    PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING (summary)
    The effect of this medication during pregnancy or lactation is not well known. The assessment of the possible risk associated with its use is individual: ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice.
    DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE (summary)
    Allow the tablets to slowly melt under the tongue, sparing the catches for at least 1 hour.

    Usual dosage:

    • Adult and child over 6 years: 6 to 8 tablets per day.

    antibiotic
