How to use this NHCO product to improve intestinal comfort?

Take 2 green L-Intexyl NHCO capsules a day for the first week, in the morning before getting up, and 2 white capsules a day in the evening before going to bed. For the remaining weeks, take 1 green capsule in the morning and 1 white capsule in the evening.
