How should this saline solution for babies be used?

Physiodose saline solution can be used 1 to 6 times a day, depending on your needs. Do not use the same single-dose packet for both nasal and ocular use.

For nasal hygiene:

Use as drops or for rinsing for dry or congested noses.

• Tilt your head back; insert the tip into the nostril and gently squeeze the single-dose packet. Repeat for the other nostril.
• Raise your head to allow mucus to drain, then wipe away any excess.
• Do not blow your nose forcefully for 10 minutes after administration.

For infants, instill the product using minimal pressure to avoid any risk of middle ear contamination.

For eye care:

For instillation, rinsing, or soaking. If treating with eye drops, wait 15 minutes before instilling them.

For ear hygiene by rinsing:

Rinse the external auditory canal with Physidose. Use 1 dose for both ears. Wipe away excess liquid with a compress.  

For wound irrigation:
