Meadowsweet is a plant rich in salicylic acid derivatives, while Rosehip, highly concentrated in vitamin C with antioxidant effects, contains lipophilic constituents which exert an inhibiting action on the inflammatory cascade. These two plants are traditionally used during osteo-articular pain. Vitamin E plays a major role in defending against the effects of oxidative stress. In its “natural” form (RRR-(alpha)-tocopherol), it has an antioxidant potential 50% higher than that of the usual synthetic “E vitamins”. In addition, its assimilation is increased and faster compared to synthetic forms.
