For the repellent spray: Shake well before use. Spray into the palm of your hand, then spread over the areas to be protected. Reapply as needed every 8 hours for protection against mosquitoes and sand flies, without exceeding 2 applications per day. If applying sunscreen, wait 20 minutes before applying the repellent.
For the soothing gel: Apply Insect Écran post-bite gel quickly to the affected area. Repeat as needed.
