When should you use this Bach Flower Remedy "Stop Fringale" spray?

Biofloral Stop Fringale Spray is a dietary supplement in spray form that combines six organically grown Bach flowers. Each flower essence is diluted to 1:240 according to Dr. Bach’s original method. It is part of our line of Bach flower essences and complexes, specifically among the pre-blended, ready-to-use formulations.

The six plants in the formula retain the English names given to them by Dr. Bach: Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera); Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria); Chestnut Bud, the horse chestnut bud (Aesculus hippocastanum); Walnut, the walnut tree (Juglans regia); Crab Apple, the crabapple (Malus pumila); Elm, the elm tree (Ulmus procera). Five are flowers, the sixth is a bud; all are hand-harvested in the wild.

The spray bottle allows for use without a dropper: the dose is dispensed with a single press, without counting drops or handling a pipette. The cognac used as the base for the flower remedies is also sourced from organic and biodynamic farming.

This complex is called Stop Fringale. It is intended for adults who wish to follow the Bach flower tradition with a combination of six flowers already combined in a single bottle, rather than creating their own blend from individual vials. Its compact size fits easily into a bag or pocket. It can be taken in a single step, wherever you are: at the office, on the go, or at home.

This spray does not provide any nutrients. For that, we recommend Superdiet Marine Magnesium B6, one tablet per day that provides 270 mg of marine-sourced magnesium and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6—72% and 100% of the reference nutritional values, respectively. The two products do not overlap: one contains flower essences, the other nutrients, and each has its own recommended dosage schedule.

Our expert advice on Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale

Before using your first bottle, the section on precautions that deserves your first read is the one regarding current treatments: this is what most often precludes the use of this complex. A spray taken several times a day is easily overlooked when listing your products for your doctor or pharmacist. Be sure to mention it just as you would a tablet.

A lasting change in eating habits should first be discussed with your doctor: that’s where you start, before adding any product. As for the treatment itself, assess your progress at the end of the recommended period rather than simply using one bottle after another.

FAQ

Can I combine Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale with other Bach flower remedies?

According to Bach flower remedy guidelines, you should not combine more than 5 to 7 remedies at the same time. Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale already contains six; adding a single-flower remedy reaches this limit, while combining it with a second complex exceeds it. In this case, the choice should be made in consultation with a pharmacist, one bottle at a time.

Is Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale available in an alcohol-free version?

No. Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale is only available as a spray, with a cognac base. At Biofloral, alcohol-free formulations are limited to single-flower remedies in granule form and certain lozenges: none of them contain the combination of six flowers found in this complex.

Can I replace my current treatment with Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale?

The decision to stop, reduce, or replace a medication must be made in consultation with the prescribing doctor and carried out under their supervision. Biofloral Spray Stop Fringale does not fit into this framework: when safety considerations allow, it is taken in addition to the treatment prescribed by the doctor, never in place of it.
