EXACTO Autotest HIV Biosynex is a reliable, fast and easy-to-use HIV autotest.

Exacto Test HIV is a self-test for HIV infection (human immunodeficiency virus 1 or 2), virus responsible for AIDS , Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. This test is accompanied by a complete kit allowing you to take a blood sample at home and obtain a rapid result , in just a few minutes. This test is 99.9% safe but still needs to be confirmed by laboratory analysis . It is recommended to take the Exacto HIV test at least three months after the last risk of exposure to the virus in order to have a reliable result.
Kit composition:
Read the instructions carefully and completely before use. Take a timer, watch or stopwatch. Wash your hands properly with soap and water and dry them well. Take all the items out of the box and place them on a clean, flat surface. Identify each element of the kit by referring to the instructions. Open the sleeve and take out the cassette. The test should be done within an hour. Take the alcohol wipe out of its case and disinfect the fingertip chosen for the sample. Take out the compress and wipe off any traces of alcohol.
Remove the cap from the lancing device. Apply the auto-pricker to your fingertip and trigger it by pressing firmly on the other end. Squeeze the tip of your finger to form a large drop of blood. Place the flared part of the drip trap on the blood drop to fill it completely. Immediately place the drop of blood in the square "blood" well of the cassette. The drop of blood should come into direct contact with the bottom of the well. Make sure the space is completely red before proceeding to the next step. Open the diluent vial and place two drops in the round "diluent" well of the cassette.
Start the stopwatch or note the time of deposit. Wait 10 minutes to read the result. Do not read beyond 20 minutes. During this time, position the bandage on the pricked finger. If the test is negative, only the C band appears. For a positive test, both the C band and the T band appear.
A negative result does not exclude an infection, especially if there was a risk of exposure less than 3 months before performing the test. A positive result must be confirmed by a laboratory test.
