It is indicated for the treatment of joint pain and stiffness resulting from degenerative or traumatic changes in the synovial joints (osteoarthritis).
What are the side effects and contraindications?
Active ingredient: 1% sodium hyaluronate (PE). Other ingredients: sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and water for injection.

Injecter une seringue de Hyalexo (Tri-injection) dans l'articulation atteinte à l'aide d'une aiguille stérile (18 à 22 G) une fois par semaine pendant trois semaines selon la technique standard. L'injection doit être réalisée uniquement par un médecin qualifié et selon les conditions strictes d'asepsie. En cas d'épanchement articulaire, il est conseillé d'aspirer l'épanchement par arthrocentèse avant l'injection.
Hyalexo (Tri-injection) doit être administré exclusivement par injection intra-articulaire.
La sécurité et l'efficacité de Hyalexo (Tri-injection) dans les articulations autres que le genou et l'épaule n'ont pas été étudiées.
L'administration concomitante de Hyalexo (Tri-injection) avec tout autre traitement intra-articulaire n'a pas été établie et doit être évitée pour prévenir toute interaction possible.
Ne pas utiliser simultanément avec des désinfectants contenant des sels d'ammonium quaternaires tels que le chlorure de benzalkonium en raison du risque de précipitation de l'acide hyaluronique en leur présence.
