How to brush children's teeth ?
Clean to protect your toddler's teeth, something to do as soon as their first quenotte appears. Baby teeth are fragile and need care. As soon as the baby's first quenotte appears, it must be cleaned (and the following ones as they arrive), because dental plaque, even if it is invisible to the naked eye, does exist.
It is educationally important to start brushing your child's teeth early enough. This gives him the habit from an early age to take care of his teeth, but it is above all so that the baby teeth remain healthy and without cavities because they are the ones who prepare the ground for permanent teeth!
Up to 3 years old, the child can be satisfied with two daily brushings. Avoid "skipping" evening brushing. Indeed, it is at night, when saliva production decreases, that bacteria take advantage of this to spread and attack the teeth.
As for the amount of toothpaste, know that it is not necessary to overdo it. The right dose compares to the size of a pea: it is actually a toothbrush width, not a length as is often believed.
