How to use this product

To put the stockings on correctly: slide your hand over the heel, turn the stocking over to the heel, place the ball of the foot, then the heel. Unroll gently down the leg, without pulling on the band, massage to distribute compression and pull on the toe to release the toes.

Each time you wash your stockings, they will return to their original level of pressure, which is essential for long-lasting effectiveness.
