The Donjoy Immoscap II Shoulder Immobilization Vest is designed to immobilize the shoulder and the entire upper limb. This Immoscap® II vest, designed by DJO, is primarily used for individuals withclavicle sprains, dislocations, and fractures of the clavicle and humeral head. It is also recommended for postoperative use in individuals with neurological disorders, particularly those with hemiplegia or paralysis.
The Immoscap II Elbow Immobilization Vest is designed for use in cases of anteromedial shoulder dislocations, acromioclavicular dislocations, humeral head fractures, and clavicle fractures; it is also used in the postoperative phase following neurological disorders, paralysis, hemiplegia, or rheumatological conditions.
Made of breathable material with perforations for ventilation, this support and immobilization vest wraps around the affected upper limb and is easy to put on. The single-panel design ensures complete coverage, while the anatomically contoured shoulder cuff reduces strain on the neck. Additionally, the elbow section can be removed for increased comfort.
