How do you use this lens cleaner?

To moisturize, clean, disinfect, and remove proteins from your lenses every day, follow these steps.
The following daily routine is recommended by Bausch + Lomb for healthy and comfortable contact lens wear:

• Step 1: Apply at least 3 drops of Biotrue multi-purpose solution to each side of the lens and gently massage each side for 20 seconds. 
• Step 2: Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds with Biotrue Multi-Purpose Solution.
• Step 3: Place the cleaned contact lenses in their case and fill it with Biotrue Multi-Purpose Solution. 
• Let your lenses soak for at least 4 hours. Empty the used solution from the case after each cleaning cycle.
• Always use fresh Biotrue solution.
• You can now put your lenses in.
