When should you take SynXpert Anti-Aging capsules?
SynXpert Anti-Aging is a plant-based dietary supplement in capsule form that combines three concentrated dry plant extracts—blueberry, turmeric, and ginger—with two micronutrients: vitamin C and selenium. This formula belongs in our natural antioxidants section. The three daily capsules provide 450 mg of blueberry extract, 200 mg of turmeric rhizome extract, 114 mg of ginger rhizome extract, 50 mg of vitamin C, and 68 µg of selenium.
Vitamin C and selenium share the same role: they help protect cells against oxidative stress. At the doses in this formula, vitamin C covers 62.5% of the reference nutritional values and selenium covers 123.5%.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal skin function. Selenium, for its part, contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, making this formula a carefully designed supplement for the skin and appendages.
The plant extracts are selected for their active compounds: blueberries are rich in anthocyanosides—the pigments that give them their color—and turmeric rhizome is rich in curcuminoids. The formula is taken as a 15-day regimen, in one or two doses, making it easy to incorporate into breakfast or lunch.
For additional support, we recommend Granions Coenzyme Q10 120 mg, which provides coenzyme Q10, magnesium, and copper—three nutrients not found in SynXpert Anti-Aging. Copper also helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Our Expert Advice on SynXpert Anti-Aging for the Skin
Turmeric is the ingredient that requires the most attention in this formula: it is the reason for the contraindications related to the bile ducts and certain medical treatments, which should be reviewed before taking the product for the first time. Long-term use of anticoagulant medication is the most common oversight when choosing a supplement.
A capsule is no substitute for the habits that matter most for the appearance of your skin: daily sun protection, quitting smoking, and getting enough sleep. The formula is intended as a short-term program—renewable if needed—rather than for continuous use.
FAQ
Is the turmeric in SynXpert Anti-Aging harmful to the liver?
Cases of liver damage have been reported to ANSES in connection with dietary supplements containing turmeric, particularly forms with enhanced absorption. It is therefore essential to adhere to the recommended daily dose. If you experience jaundice, dark urine, or abdominal pain while taking this product, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
Can I take SynXpert Anti-Aging with another supplement containing selenium?
The formula already provides 68 µg of selenium per day, which is more than the reference nutritional value. Combining it with a multivitamin or a supplement for hair and nails—which are often high in selenium—can quickly lead to excessive intake: compare the ingredients of both products before taking them together.
