Ingredients contained in the morning capsule: Lithothamnium calcareum source of calcium, sprouted buckwheat seeds sources of anti-caking B vitamins: magnesium carbonate and vegetable magnesium stearate, potato starch, L-Citrulline, vitamin B9 (L- calcium methylfolate), iron bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, selenium (selenomethionine), chromium picolinate, iodine (potassium iodide). Vegetable capsules: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Ingredients evening capsules: Fish oil rich in omega-3, natural lutein extracted from Tagetes erecta flower, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Capsule shell: fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol.
