What is Ecoidés Organic Triphala Powder 200g used for?

The Ayurvedic Triphala complex is a combination of three fruits in equal proportions: Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki. These fruits come from the Myrobalan group, it is an essence of prunus.
Triphala is one of the most renowned Ayurvedic fortifying formulations. According to tradition, each plant regulates the energy of one of the three doshas: amalaki for Pitta , haritaki for Vâta , vibhitaki for Kâpha .

Its benefits are numerous: although oriented mainly towards digestive health, Triphala also helps in the proper functioning of the liver (haritaki). Triphala is an antioxidant, strengthens the immune system and helps slow cell aging (bibhitaki).

Amalaki ( Emblica officinalis ) is known to maintain good gastrointestinal health and facilitate natural digestion .
Haritaki ( Terminalia Chebula ) will help to balance and maintain the regularity of your elimination. This berry is particularly recognized in India for keeping the digestive tract free from parasites.
Bibhitaki ( Terminalia Belerica ) by promoting digestion and elimination will complement the action of the other two berries for a general well-being felt quickly.
