What are the indications for the Massif de Chartreuse Plant Syrup 200ml?

The vegetable syrup of the Chartreuse massif 200ml is a food supplement with plant extracts : matricaria, lemongrass, fennel, rosemary, hops, cinnamon and marjoram. Matricaria flowers help maintain gastrointestinal health and help maintain healthy digestion . Fennel supports the health of the digestive tract. It contributes to the normal urinary elimination function and helps in the physiological renal excretion function. Rosemary is traditionally used to aid digestion and support proper hepatic and biliary function and drainage. It helps to maintain the normal energy of our organism. Finally, marjoram helps reduce the formation of free radicals , and helps to increase the physiological resistance of our body.

How to take this syrup for digestion?

It is advisable to take the vegetable syrup from the Chartreuse massif in the morning on an empty stomach, 3 days in a row.

Children 4 to 13 years old: 2 teaspoons (10 mL);
children over 13 and adults: 2 tablespoons (30 mL).
