Are you not completely satisfied with the items you received or were given as a gift? You have 14 days from the date you received your products to return any items that do not meet your expectations. They will be exchanged or refunded immediately, depending on your preference and product availability.
Log in to your customer account using your credentials (username and password). Once logged in, look for the section titled "Return Request."
Fill out the return form with all the required information.
Soin-et-nature Customer Service will assign you a return number and provide the address to which you should return your product.
Our advice: Insure your shipment for the full value of the merchandise it contains to avoid any disappointment due to damage during transit.
At your convenience, you may then request an exchange, a store credit, or a refund for your product, in accordance with the provisions of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The following provisions do not apply tomedications, which will not be accepted for return or exchange.
SPECIFIC PREPARATIONS, which are “goods made to the consumer’s specifications” within the meaning of Article L.121-20-2(3) of the French Consumer Code and, as such, are not subject to any right of withdrawal.
Standard products remain subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
Products must be securely packaged for shipping.
No returns will be accepted without a return number.
