You have 15 days from the day you receive your products to return any items that don't suit you. They will be immediately exchanged or refunded, according to your choice and product availability.

This will take you to your order history. Select the product you wish to return and send us a return request using the "ADD A MESSAGE:" form at the bottom of the page.
Soin et nature Customer Service will assign you a returns number and tell you the address to which to return your product.
Our advice: Insure your shipment for the value of the goods it contains to avoid any inconvenience caused by damage in transit.
At your convenience, you can then request an exchange, credit note or refund of your product, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
(*) ATTENTION: only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
The following provisions do not apply to medicines, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard products are still subject to the legal 7-day cooling-off period.
SPECIFIC PREPARATIONS, which are "goods made to the consumer's specifications" within the meaning of 3°) of article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, are not subject to any right of withdrawal.
Products must be over-packaged for transport.
No returns will be accepted without a return number.

After verification by the PHARMACIE and in the event that the non-conformity or error is attributable to an error by the PHARMACIE, the PHARMACIE will cover the cost of returning the PRODUCT and will replace it as soon as possible.
For PRODUCTS other than PREPARATIONS and SPECIFIC PREPARATIONS and in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the USER has a period of seven (7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons.
The seven (7) day period runs from receipt by the USER of the products ordered.
Where the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the USER.
The PHARMACIE will reimburse the USER by bank transfer or cheque made payable to the PHARMACIE (excluding postage costs) as soon as possible and no later than thirty days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
The following provisions do not apply to medicines, which will not be returned or exchanged.
PREPARATIONS are made by the PHARMACY and are delivered sealed. Due to their nature, in particular the impossibility of putting them back on sale if they are returned unsealed for health reasons, PREPARATIONS cannot be the subject of a right of retraction once they have been unsealed.
Consequently, the right of withdrawal applies to sealed PREPARATIONS under the conditions set out in article 19 hereof.
In application of the provisions of 3°) of article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed PREPARATIONS may not be the subject of any right of withdrawal.

7.3. No right of withdrawal-claims
7.3.1. No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised insofar as medicines are health products which, due to their nature, are likely to deteriorate. The absence of a right of withdrawal is also justified by the need to ensure the safety of the supply chain. A product that has been taken out of the distribution and supply chain cannot be put back in.
The absence of the right of withdrawal must be clearly and legibly indicated before the order is validated, and expressly mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale.
