When should Biovetol Organic Odor Control Shampoo for Dogs & Cats be used to neutralize coat odors?

Does your companion love walking in the rain, rolling in wet grass or puddling in puddles? These moments of freedom sometimes leave behind a stubborn odor that's hard to get rid of with a simple rinse in water. Biovetol Organic Odor Control Shampoo for Dogs & Cats helps neutralize unpleasant odors while respecting your pet's skin and coat. Its gentle formula cleans effectively without damaging the natural skin barrier.

Suitable for dogs and cats from 8 weeks of age. It is suitable for all fleeces, whether long, thick, curly or finer. Some animals naturally develop more body odor, especially after exposure to humidity. This treatment acts like a real coat reset: it rids the coat of impurities and leaves a more pleasant sensation of freshness every day.

Its cleansing texture cleanses deeply without drying out the skin. Active ingredients of natural origin help preserve skin balance, which is essential for sensitive pets or those prone to irritation from frequent washing. Like a textile that regains its freshness after appropriate care, the coat appears cleaner, suppler and more comfortable after bathing.

Scots pine and eucalyptus essential oils provide a cleansing and refreshing action. They help limit persistent odors often associated with humidity, sebum or dirt accumulated in the coat. Shampoo doesn't artificially mask odors with an overpowering fragrance. Instead, it helps promote a lasting feeling of cleanliness.

Made in France and certified Ecocert Ecosoin des animaux, this shampoo combines naturalness and effectiveness. Its formula contains 98.8% ingredients of natural origin, with carefully selected organic ingredients. This monthly care product quickly becomes a useful ally in keeping your pet clean and cuddly after outdoor outings.

Vetoform veterinary laboratory also offers natural insect-repellent shampoo for cats and dogs, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

How to use this organic anti-odour shampoo?

Directions for use

Before each use, shake the bottle carefully to homogenize the natural active ingredients in the formula.

  1. Wet your pet's coat, then apply the shampoo directly to the hair. The recommended dose is approximately 1.5 ml per kilogram of body weight.
  2. Gently massage the product into the coat, producing a rich lather. Rinse with clean water and repeat if necessary.
  3. Leave the shampoo on for 1-2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. This step allows the active ingredients to take full effect on odors encrusted in the coat.

To preserve the natural balance of your companion's skin, we recommend using no more than one shampoo per month.

Our expert advice on Organic Odor Control Shampoo for Dogs & Cats for coat odors

A coat that smells strong after walks can sometimes reveal poorly dried moisture or an accumulation of sebum in the undercoat. After shampooing, take the time to dry your companion thoroughly, especially behind the ears, under the belly and between the pads. With long-haired or thick-haired dogs, regular brushing also helps limit odors by removing dirt and dead hairs before they stagnate in the fleece.
