A medical device designed to accelerate healing and also to constitute a barrier protecting damaged skin.
What are the indications for Biseptine Cica healing gel 50 g?
Biseptine Cica is a healing hydrogel for superficial wounds. Its 4 in 1 formula promotes healing, relieves pain, protects and reduces scar formation.
How does it work?
- It forms a protective barrier thanks to the occlusive effect of the gel which thus helps to prevent infections and limits the use of the dressing, but also thanks to the slightly acidic pH of the gel which will reduce the risk of microbial proliferation.
- It accelerates healing by acting on the microenvironment (optimal humidity level) created at the level of the wound.
- It reduces the risk of scarring thanks to its “intelligent” hydrogel galenic, bringing an optimal moisture balance at the level of the wound and thus making it possible to avoid the formation of crust at the origin of scarring lesions.
- It relieves pain immediately thanks to its cold effect.

Our professional advice and expert advice in natural health
In order to heal well, it is important to carefully clean the wound . If the wound is superficial (scratch or abrasion) or shallow (it "bleeds" at the junction of the epidermis), disinfect with an antiseptic before depositing an antibacterial cream. A dressing may be applied, especially on blisters or in case of blood circulation disorders. And above all, avoid the sun. To avoid the appearance of a brown spot caused by inflammation, the injured area is not exposed between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and protected with sunscreen as soon as you go out.
