Kalium Bichromicum, a remedy for analgesic and healing properties
potassium dichromate derivative, Kalium Bichromicum is a non-toxic homeopathic stock intended to treat several kinds of pain. This remedy is also used to decongest the nose if obstructed by pus or mucus.

The recommended dosages for treating sinusitis and purulent rhinorrhea, take 5 granules of Kalium Bichromicum every four hours. However, the dilution of the remedy depends on the goal of treatment.
