Our advice and opinions from natural health experts

Skin that is not sufficiently protected from the sun can be damaged by free radicals, which destroy healthy cells and alter the structure of DNA.

When the skin is excessively exposed to the sun's rays, it burns. This implies an uncomfortable feeling such as redness and blisters. As soon as the skin is dry, it peels. Sunburns can become visible between 6h and 24h after the attack and last for several days. Any repeated sunburn increases the risk of skin cancer.

A good sunscreen is essential to protect your skin from UV rays. Adopt sun protection adapted to your phototype and sunshine to avoid sunburn and sunbathe safely .
