These self-heating refills contain natural calorific agents (iron, carbon, salt, water) which emit constant heat for 8 hours when in contact with air.
Thermotherapy is a process that contributes to calm the pain and discomfort caused by muscle contractures, thanks to the application of a heat source.
These self-heating refills are activated when in contact with the air , so it is important to take care not to open the sachet before the moment of application.
Position the self-heating refills on a flat surface for 30 seconds.
Place these refills in the areas of the belt provided for this purpose, with the white side facing outwards.
Attach the reusable belt at waist level to the painful part of the body (back or stomach), directly on healthy, clean and dry skin.
