Composition Synergia D stress Booster

It is the synergy between the different components of D-Stress Booster that makes this magnesium a particularly effective supplement for an anti-stress action and to act on the nervous, cardiac and immune system.

The deficit of magnesium citrate almost always brings stress. A diet low in magnesium can quickly cause deficiency, especially during special diets or periods consuming magnesium (adolescence, pregnancy, growth etc.). As magnesium is involved in hundreds of biological reactions, a deficiency can quickly have many negative side effects (cramps, hyperemotivity, tingling, insomnia etc.).

In addition to its major role upstream of the metabolic effects of adrenal hormones, arginine helps to fix magnesium, and increase its role on oxidative stress. It then strengthens the body's immunity by stimulating the thymus, and thus regulating the production of white blood cells.

Often associated with energy drinks, taurine is associated with the twitch excitement while on the contrary it inhibits the nervous system Taurine helps regulate sleep and all the mechanisms of memory. It can prevent tremor due to stress or fatigue, but above all, like arginine, taurine helps to fix magnesium in cells, which reinforces its anti-stress action

Vitamin B1 ( thiamine ) is essential for the use of carbohydrates in food and therefore for the functioning of muscles (the heart, in particular). Vitamin B2 can have consequences on the sensitivity to light, or even cause neuropathy in case of deficiency. Vitamin B3, it, fights against fatigue, but a deficiency can cause deficiency and headaches. Stress causes deficiency of vitamin B5 , which causes insomnia, swarms and headaches. As for vitamin B6 , it is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. If their formation is slowed down or disturbed, a drop in concentration or alertness may appear. Finally, deficiencies in vitamins B8 and B9 cause rapid fatigue, memory loss, appetite, excessive irritability and sleep disorders.

A recovery of these vitamins is therefore necessary to fight against stress or anxiety .

How do essential oils work to reduce stress?

Some essential oils have molecules that can influence the so-called vegetative nervous system. Basically, the vegetative nervous system is about the movements of your body that you do not control, such as the functioning of the kidneys, intestines, heart, breathing, or adrenaline.
For example, it is now known that ylang-ylang essential oil or bergamot essential oil breathed by stressed teachers has been able to reduce their heart rate and their adrenaline levels.

In case of stress, your body goes on alert. Your heart beats faster, you feel tense, you may not be able to think properly. In short, you will do well this stress. The essential oils will act on these different points to "calm" the alert state of your body and make your nervous system regains its balance.
